Individual Psychotherapy
We provide a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and behaviors while building practical tools for life’s challenges. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or life transitions, our goal is to help you find a sense of balance that ripples out into all areas of your life.
Our Approach & Modalities
Every therapist on our team shares a Person-Centered foundation, meaning we prioritize your lived experience and inner wisdom. Because every person is different, the specific tools we use will depend on the therapist you work with. Our team draws from various evidence-based and creative modalities, including:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy)
Narrative Therapy
Art and Music Therapy
Finding Your Fit
Because our methods vary by therapist, we encourage you to book a consultation to see who feels like the right match for your needs. Together, we can work toward lasting change and a more fulfilled, connected life.
Couples Therapy
We honor the diversity of human connection and the values that ground you. Our practice serves couples in traditional relationships, as well as alternative relationship structures. We are proudly inclusive of LGBTQ2SIA+ folks and those practicing ethical non-monogamy (ENM) or polyamory. We welcome the unique "culture" of your partnership—honouring the diverse identities and ways of relating that make your bond unique.
Our Approach & Modalities
Every therapist on our team operates from a Person-Centered foundation, meaning we prioritize your lived experience and the specific needs of your relationship. Because every connection is unique, the tools we use will depend on your therapist’s expertise. Our team draws from world-renowned, evidence-based and creative frameworks, including:
EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy): To help you understand and shift the emotional patterns that keep you stuck.
The Gottman Method: To provide practical, research-based tools for managing conflict and building shared meaning.
Narrative, Art, or Music Therapy: Creative ways to re-author your story or express complex feelings together.
Find the Right Connection
Because the success of therapy relies on a genuine "fit" between the partners and the therapist, we invite you to book a consultation. This allows you to meet our team and see which therapeutic style feels most supportive for your relationship journey.
Family Therapy
Family Therapy
We view the family as an interconnected system where each member’s well-being impacts the whole, providing a non-judgmental space to strengthen communication and emotional foundations. Our person-centered approach is tailored to your family's unique "culture," offering practical, evidence-based strategies to navigate neurodivergence (ADHD/OCD), mood disorders, and life transitions.
Our Collaborative Approach
Depending on your needs, our team integrates specialized frameworks like Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and creative modalities (Art and Music) to help regulate emotions and rewrite your family story. To ensure a genuine connection, we invite all family members to a free 15-minute consultation to find the therapist who best supports your collective journey toward balance and ease.
Group Therapy for Kids (Ages 8-12)
We are offering creative arts‑based group psychotherapy programs for children ages 8-12 during certain PA Days in Toronto, as well as some weeks in summer. The program provides a consistent daily structure that supports emotional regulation, confidence, coping skills, and peer relationships through art, music, movement, and group reflection.
Creative activities are used intentionally as therapeutic interventions. No art or music experience is required, and all materials are provided. Children bring their own lunch and drinks.
While the structure may feel camp‑like, this offering is delivered as group psychotherapy, using evidence‑informed creative arts‑based approaches within a clinically supported environment.
