We welcome the unique "culture" of your partnership—honouring the diverse identities and ways of relating that make your bond unique.

Our Approach & Modalities
Every therapist on our team operates from a Person-Centered foundation, meaning we prioritize your lived experience and the specific needs of your relationship. Because every connection is unique, the tools we use will depend on your therapist’s expertise. Our team draws from world-renowned, evidence-based and creative frameworks, including:

EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy): To help you understand and shift the emotional patterns that keep you stuck.

The Gottman Method: To provide practical, research-based tools for managing conflict and building shared meaning.

Narrative, Art, or Music Therapy: Creative ways to re-author your story or express complex feelings together.

Find the Right Connection
Because the success of therapy relies on a genuine "fit" between the partners and the therapist, we invite you to book a consultation. This allows you to meet our team and see which therapeutic style feels most supportive for your relationship journey.

We are offering creative arts‑based group psychotherapy programs for children ages 8-12 during certain PA Days in Toronto, as well as some weeks in summer. The program provides a consistent daily structure that supports emotional regulation, confidence, coping skills, and peer relationships through art, music, movement, and group reflection.
Creative activities are used intentionally as therapeutic interventions. No art or music experience is required, and all materials are provided. Children bring their own lunch and drinks.
While the structure may feel camp‑like, this offering is delivered as group psychotherapy, using evidence‑informed creative arts‑based approaches within a clinically supported environment.
